At Lexi-Can, I am committed to providing smooth, stress-free dyslexia assessments, along with clear and comprehensive reports that can be quickly shared with your child’s school or college.

Education
I completed a Master’s degree in Dyslexia at Edge Hill University, where I developed advanced knowledge in assessment, intervention, and evidence-based approaches to supporting learners with specific learning differences. My postgraduate research and training strengthened my expertise in inclusive education and specialist support strategies.
Professional Experience
I currently work in a secondary school with a focus on inclusion. My role centres on supporting students with diverse learning needs, particularly those with dyslexia and other additional learning needs.
My work includes:
- Delivering targeted interventions
- Supporting inclusive classroom practice
- Advising staff on adaptive teaching strategies
- Promoting equity and accessibility across the curriculum
- Contributing to whole-school inclusion initiatives

Assessments typically last between 2 and 3.5 hours, depending on whether additional tests are required. Scheduled breaks are always built into the session to ensure students are comfortable and able to perform at their best.
Depending on your preference tests can take place at the child school or at the family home. It is essential the child feels relaxed in a familiar environment.
I currently hold an accredited practicing certificate with British Dyslexia Association which means the diagnosis is accredited.
